The bungalows consist of five rooms in three buildings. There are only two kitchens, however. This means that the bungalows will only be rented out to two groups at the same time. Bungalow #1 is the building shown below. Bungalow #2 is next door and is considered for overflow use only because it has no kitchen. Bungalow #3 is self-contained and if the need arises, #2 can be used with #3. Two or three familes traveling together could happily use bungalow #1 because it has three rooms and can sleep up to 14, this makes
Sol y Arena an ideal place for larger groups. |

| The kitchens are clean and basic with refrigerators, sinks, dishes, cook utensils, a water jug dispenser and a utilitarian stovetop. |

| Bungalow #1 has three rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. There is also an open air bathroom and shower and several outdoor showers for rinsing sand off you feet before entering the pool. |

Each room also has a fan.
There is no air-conditioning except for the ocean breezes. |
